...it was relevant and pitched at the right level, to cover the varying audience consisting of youth workers, carers and office staff.
Grahame was also very clear and confident when answering questions, which certainly added to the confidence people had in him as a presenter.
It was entertaining as the information was passed across in many difference forms (video, talking, written, slides etc)
